Our Policies
Appointment Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least three (3) hours prior to the appointment time.
If you are to cancel or reschedule within the three (3) hours before your appointment, you will be charged our cancellation fee, which is the FULL PRICE of the services that are to be canceled or rescheduled. If the cancellation fee is not paid at the time of cancellation or rescheduling, you will not be able to book any future appointments with us, and all previously booked appointments will be forfeited until the cancellation fee is paid. Failure to confirm your appointment DOES NOT negate the cancellation fee.
If you need to make any changes to the services you booked, those changes must be made prior to your appointment day.
Failure to inform us of changes to your services prior to your appointment day will result in you paying for the services as booked.
If you book for the incorrect service/services and we are not able to accommodate you at the time of your appointment, the cancellation fee will be applied.
If you cancel or reschedule an appointment that is three (3) hours or longer, or you cancel or reschedule three (3) appointments consecutively, you may be required to pay a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit to book future appointments.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment or to make changes to your services please call the salon at 910-769-7843 or email us at gdnnailbar@gmail.com. We DO NOT accept cancellations, rescheduling, or service changes via electronic messages such as Instagram DM or Facebook Messenger. If you call the salon before or after our regular business hours please leave a voicemail and we will get the message that you canceled three (3) hours prior to your appointment.
You are allowed to be up to fifteen (15) minutes late to your appointment. Once you surpass the fifteen (15) minute mark you will be considered a no-show and charged the cancellation fee.
IN ORDER TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, YOU MUST AGREE TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICY AND PUT A CARD ON FILE FOR THE CANCELLATION POLICY. BY AGREEING TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICY, YOU AUTHORIZE GDN NAIL BAR TO CHARGE THE CARD YOU PUT ON FILE FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE LISTED REASONS STATED IN OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
Private Event Policy
BOOKING:
Private Events booking must be done by calling the salon and speaking with our salon manager, Jenn. Our phone number is 910-769-7843.
CANCELLATION:
GDN Nail Bar requires a 48 hour notice of cancellation for Private Events. Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation will result in full price payment processing for the remaining 50% of the cost of services booked for the Private Event.
FEES:
Private Events with 3 to 6 people incurs a $400 Private Event Space Rental Fee.
Private Events with 6+ people incur a $600 Private Event Space Rental Fee.
All services for Private Events will incur a $5 price increase from our regularly listed prices.
The Private Event Space Rental Fee as well as 50% of the cost of all services booked for the event is due at the time of booking.
All Fees and Deposits required for Private Event bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
